Hannah is an associate in the B P Collins’ dispute resolution team, specialising in commercial disputes.
Hannah has experience acting in wide range of matters including contractual, shareholder and director disputes, professional negligence claims, injunctions and defamation matters. Her experience includes complex and high value litigation.
Hannah takes a pragmatic and commercial approach to resolving disputes, providing clear and straightforward advice focused on her clients’ objectives and the practical and commercial risks involved.
Experience
Before joining B P Collins, Hannah trained and qualified as a solicitor at a large national law firm, where she gained experience across a range of practical areas including employment, commercial property, property litigation, catastrophic personal injury and clinical negligence, before specialising in dispute resolution upon her qualification in July 2021.
Education
Hannah Studied at the University of Manchester, graduating with First Class Honours. She subsequently completed the LPC and an MSc in Law and Business at the University of Law, graduating with Distinction.
Outside of the Office
Outside of work, Hannah enjoys travelling and planning holidays (often excessively). She also enjoys reading, swimming and crafting. Hannah particularly enjoys spending time her Labrador, Crumble.
