Bringing over 12 years of experience in the property sector, Matthew regularly advises on the purchase and sale of properties worth over Ā£30million. He has also overseen the sales of new apartments at some of Londonās most prestigious developments and has advised some of the UKās largest property developers.
Matthewās specific areas of expertise include resolving title matters, portfolio acquisition, re-financing, sales and purchases at auction, freehold estate disposals, residential development sales, new-build purchases, luxury senior living sales and purchases, equity release, voluntary lease extensions and landlord and tenant matters.

A former winner of the BB&O Law Societyās āJunior Lawyer of the Yearā Award, Elliott has expertise in a wide range of property litigation matters, including boundary disputes, rights of way and other easement disputes, claims for adverse possession, trust of land disputes, possession proceedings, forfeiture and debt recovery, matters under the Landlord and Tenant Act 1987 and advising clients on exercising break options.
Elliott is regularly instructed in high-value and complex property disputes for multinational and national companies, commercial landlords, portfolio residential landlords, management companies and high net worth individuals.
