We are passionate about supporting and strengthening local communities and charities across Buckinghamshire. For many years, our CSR ambitions have focused on building stronger communities, providing better futures and creating safer lives, which is why we are proud to sponsor the ‘Health Care Employer Award’ at the Bucks Healthcare Awards.
This past year has brought sadness and worry to many across the county and beyond. But it has also filled people with hope and admiration for the selfless healthcare workers in Buckinghamshire who have taken amazing care of the vulnerable in our community, despite the huge risks involved, particularly after the pandemic tightened its grip on the country.
The health, wellbeing and positive engagement of healthcare employees has never been more important, which is why it’s vital to celebrate the employers looking after their teams. Healthcare workers have faced unprecedented challenges this year and have never needed more support and commitment from their managers in order to feel valued and to do their job well. As a passionate advocate for employee wellbeing and CSR, we are delighted that we can help to celebrate these very special employers.
