Charlotte joined B P Collins’s Wills, Trusts and Probate Team in July 2022 as an associate solicitor.
Specialisms
Charlotte specialises in estate planning and preparing Wills, including for clients with business assets and vulnerable beneficiaries. She also supports this with advice on different forms of Power of Attorney and Trust advice. Finally, Charlotte can deal with the administration of estates, both taxable and non-taxable.
Experience
Charlotte qualified as a solicitor in 2017 and has worked in Buckinghamshire and Oxfordshire with clients in all stages and from all walks of life.
Charlotte enjoys getting to know each and every one of her clients to enable her to give comprehensive advice in a pragmatic and approachable manner that secures their hard-earned estate for their nearest and dearest. It brings Charlotte an immense sense of satisfaction ensuring that her clients are protected during their lifetime and that those surrounding them are taken care of after they have passed away.
Outside the Office
Charlotte is a Flying Officer in the RAF Air Cadets. It is a privilege for her to be able to contribute to an organisation offering so many opportunities to young people which, in many cases, they would not otherwise have. Charlotte also loves to travel, including with her volunteering role which has given her the opportunity to visit Borneo on an adventure training expedition and Germany on skiing expeditions.
