Partner and Practice Group Leader,  Alison Taylor is a highly respected and knowledgeable member of the commercial property practice group, since joining the team from a large city firm in 2012.

Her extensive experience in a wide range of commercial property matters includes portfolio transactions, freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposals. In addition to this, Alison also has significant expertise in dealing with the sale and management of shopping centres, complex commercial lease transactions and offers invaluable corporate support to the corporate and commercial team.

Described by clients as "extremely thorough", Alison prides herself on her ability to provide solutions to the most complicated of property transactions.

Away from the office, Alison is involved in a number of local community projects close to home, likes to spend time with friends and family and also enjoys going to the theatre, art and craft exhibitions and music concerts.

Previous experience

After graduating, Alison practiced for many years at the large City of London firm, Speechly Bircham, before joining B P Collins LLP in March 2012. Alison was promoted to partner in May 2015 and became practice group leader in October 2017.


Alison graduated with an LLB (Hons) from the University of Southampton.
