Specialisms
Natalie specialises in a wide range of residential transactions, including: sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties, new build properties (including dealing with help to buy mortgages), lease renewals by agreement, re-mortgages, transfers of equity, equity releases and auction sales/purchases.
Experience
Natalie has worked both locally in Gerrards Cross where she trained to become a solicitor and in Richmond Upon Thames dealing with a variety of transactions over London and throughout the country. Her experience ranges from assisting first time buyers to high net worth clients on transactions up to £3 million.
Natalie enjoys building strong relationships with clients, as well as with other interested parties, to ensure a smooth and efficient transaction
Other achievements
Natalie graduated from the University of Sheffield with Distinction in ‘Property Law and Practice’ on the LPC course.
Shortly after qualifying as a solicitor in 2016, she gained international experience whilst working in the Central Business District in Sydney, Australia.
Outside the office
One of Natalie’s favourite hobbies is Zumba. Having started dancing at the age of 3, she enjoys keeping fit whilst reliving her passion for dance. She also practices pilates/yoga to relax the mind.
