Chris Hardy specialises in residential development work, acting both for developers and for land owners selling to developers. In addition he deals with some other residential and commercial property work, mainly for established clients.

Sports fan

Outside of work Chris has been actively involved in a number of local organisations including a period as a governor of a local secondary school. His main interests are sporting, especially cricket and golf.

He is currently Chairman of Chalfont St Giles Cricket Club and President of the Chiltern Cricket League, as well as being a keen golfer. In the winter he follows Wycombe Wanderers FC. He and his wife Audrey, who is a Chartered Accountant, have two grown up children and live in Seer Green.

Previous experience

Following a period at a firm in Hertfordshire he joined the firm in 1983, becoming a partner in 1986 and being elected Senior Partner in 2014.

Education

He has lived in the South Bucks area for most of his life, having being educated at the Seer Green village primary school and the Royal Grammar School in High Wycombe before studying law at Balliol College, Oxford.
