Rajiv joined the litigation and dispute resolution team at B P Collins in September 2015, after completing his training contract with the firm. Rajiv deals with a variety of contentious matters from pre-action to County Court and High Court claims. Rajiv’s principal practice areas are in commercial litigation with increasing involvement in contentious probate matters. Rajiv’s experience covers a wide range of areas including general contractual disputes, s.994 unfair prejudice petitions and consumer and commercial debt recovery.
Rajiv is a keen film enthusiast, travels whenever and wherever possible (a particular highlight was climbing Mount Fuji in Japan) and enjoys badminton and 5-a-side football. Rajiv has also recently started training for his BCU Star Tests in white water kayaking.
Rajiv joined B P Collins in April 2012 as a paralegal before commencing his training contract in September 2013. Rajiv qualified as a solicitor in September 2015. Rajiv has also completed two mini-pupillages with barristers’ chambers to further his understanding of the work undertaken by counsel in litigation.
Rajiv graduated with LLB (Hons) from the University of Birmingham in 2007, before completing the Legal Practice Certificate at BPP Law School in London.
