Ben Lindsay is an associate in the employment group.
Ben, an experienced employment lawyer, has a particular interest and experience in relation to avoiding and resolving workplace disputes. That interest has been long-standing, and the experience built up through acting for both private and corporate clients on matters ranging from contract preparation and training to advice on Employment Tribunal and Court proceedings. In this regard, Ben strongly believes that (often costly) disputes can be avoided through relatively cost effective preparation and training.
Ben has wide ranging experience in employment law matters, acting for both private and corporate clients, including in relation to:
Day-to-day HR enquiries
Disciplinary and grievance procedures
Unfair dismissal claims
Health and safety and stress at work related requirements and claims
TUPE requirements and claims
Settlement agreements in relation to all levels of seniority.
He has a particular interest in relation to discrimination, whistleblowing and TUPE advice and claims.
Ben is a member of the Employment Lawyers Association.
Outside of the office
