Victoria is a partner within the corporate and commercial team at B P Collins LLP. With a City law firm background, Victoria has acted for listed and public limited companies, SMEs and sole traders.

Extremely personable, Victoria is respected for the pragmatism and commerciality she applies to each deal. She has a vast range of corporate experience, including leading merger and acquisition transactions and complex restructurings, as well as handling commercial contract reviews and drafting bespoke commercial agreements.

Victoria is responsible for managing relationships with a number of key corporate clients and her work has gained her a well-deserved reputation for speed, efficiency and time management skills.

Her portfolio has included advising Grundon Waste Management on a bespoke international commercial transaction relating to an innovative recycling project.  Victoria also advised the Taxaccord Group in relation to a restructuring exercise across the UK, British Virgin Islands, Netherlands and the US.

As a member of various committees and projects, Victoria is an active fundraiser for Pancreatic Cancer UK and her children’s school in Chalfont St Peter.

Previous experience

Victoria joined B P Collins in 2006 and previously trained and worked for six years at a large City firm.


Victoria studied law at Liverpool University, graduating with a 2:1, before completing the LPC course at the College of Law in London. Victoria qualified as a solicitor in 1999 after completing her training contract with Pinsent Masons.
