The Employee Lifecycle course

Walk through the issues to watch out for, from recruitment to dismissal. This course is informative, entertaining and highly interactive with role play and a quiz.

With content designed to be easily retained, by the end of the course, mangers will be on the right track immediately. Delegates will know what to say and the right time to involve the HR team.

The Diversity and Equality course

This course educates managers and should be rolled out to all staff. It gives the employer a statutory defence in the event of a discrimination claim, as a result of one employee saying or doing something inappropriate to a colleague. 

  • Duration: 2 hours.

  • Delivered at your offices.
  • The course is interactive and informative.
