Specialisms

Naadim has particular expertise in advising clients on complex family situations, including parents seeking to advance money to their adult children, perhaps towards the purchase of a house, while protecting their capital in the event their children later divorce.

Naadim also works with a number of high net worth individuals on their estate planning requirements including through the use of trusts.

Experience

Naadim works with clients from a variety of backgrounds across Buckinghamshire and London. He advises on all aspects of private client work, including willsestate planning, loan agreements, trusts, lasting powers of attorney, court of protection applications (including deputyships) and probate.

Other achievements

Naadim recently assisted with an application to the High Court to have a missing person declared dead, one of only a handful of such applications a year.

Naadim is an Affiliate Member of the Society of Trusts and Estates Practitioners (STEP).

Outside the office

Naadim is a keen musician playing the piano in a number of jazz ensembles, and performs as a timpanist with the Enfield Film Orchestra.  He also enjoys composing when he has spare time.
