Gina joined B P Collins in May 2015. She has worked in marketing, business development and CRM within the legal industry for 20 years. During that time Gina has worked both in law firms and in an advisory capacity to law firms and other professional services. Gina provides strategic advice and practical guidance on all aspects of marketing, business development and client care. She also gets involved at a practical level to ‘get the job done’ as part of her drive to help grow the firm’s business and gain new clients.
Outside of work, Gina is a fan of most sports, enjoys hiking and is an avid reader.
Gina has advised over 100 law firms in the last nine years on harnessing technology to support business growth, analyse client intelligence and drive efficiency. She is passionate about businesses providing fabulous ‘client experiences’ and has particular expertise in Client Relationship Management programmes.
Gina is a qualified business analyst, a chartered marketer and a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Marketing.
