Nuptial agreements – Laura regularly drafts and advises on pre and post nuptial agreements to protect wealth being brought into a marriage whilst ensuring the relationship is not compromised and the agreement is fair to both parties.

Complex financial separations – Laura acts for a wide range of HNW and UHNW clients located in the UK and internationally, including business owners, fund managers, settlors and heirs to dynastic wealth (involving trusts and FICs) and the spouses of such individuals.

High conflict divorce, domestic abuse and narcissism (NPD) – Laura has particular experience of high conflict divorces, supporting clients and their children, who are victims of domestic abuse and narcissistic behaviour; Laura also has extensive experience of defending clients wrongly accused of abusive behaviour.
