Services | Sexual allegations

Allegations of a sexual nature can have a huge impact for the suspect, their family, business and reputation. This impact is felt whether or not the investigation results in a charge. It is important to seek legal advice at an early stage and arrange for one of our solicitors to attend any interviews with you. We will be with you throughout the process as we understand allegations of this nature can be devastating. We aim to answer any questions in a sensitive manner.

There is a wide variety of sexual offences that a person might be accused of including;

  • Making or possessing indecent images
  • Sexual assault
  • Rape
  • Historic sexual assault
  • Indecent exposure
  • Voyeurism
  • Appeals to vary or discharge a Sexual Offences Prevention Order (SOPO)
  • Revenge porn

If you have been accused of a sexual assault, we will be able to advise you throughout the entire process from interview to the conclusion of any court case. We will represent you in interview, deal confidentially with any concerns that may arise, prepare your case taking any necessary statements and evidence that will add weight to your defence and represent you in the Magistrates Court or Crown Court.

You will see the same solicitor from the beginning to the end of your case and we will always be on hand to answer your questions. We understand facing a criminal allegation can be stressful and our aim is to alleviate any anxiety you feel.
