Advising high net worth individuals, often with international element, Hannah has significant expertise in complex issues surrounding relationship breakdowns, cross-jurisdictional disputes, and Trust assets.

Prior to joining B P Collins, Hannah trained at a prominent family law firm in central London specialising in HNW individuals.

Hannah works in all areas of family law with a growing focus on enforcement issues in relation to both financial matters and children matters including cross-border / jurisdiction issues.


Hannah adeptly advises on a wide range of complex family matters arising from the breakdown of a relationship, including but not limited to the financial division of assets and disputes involving children.  

Hannah works for a broad range of people including advising unmarried clients on issues of property ownership, cohabitation, and arrangements for children.


Hannah guides clients with sensitivity as they navigate difficult personal circumstances, and is a member of Resolution and an active member of the Law Society’s Junior Lawyers Division.

Hannah is the family team’s ambassador for the firm’s Innovation and Operations committee, as well as being the teams Work Experience ambassador. Hannah supervises more junior members of the team, providing ongoing training in relation to legal issues and practical elements of the role for their continued development.

Outside the office

Hannah is a qualified helicopter pilot, flying predominantly out of Wycombe Air Park in Buckinghamshire whenever a small patch of blue sky appears.

Hannah also enjoys reading, is an accomplished musician, playing the piano, violin, saxophone and clarinet, and loves to hike.
